Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator to support Revenue Systems for a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue platforms. You will evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows.

No prior AI experience is required. The role involves auditing CRM and related systems, reconciling data, and documenting system changes.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
