Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators - Revenue Systems (SaaS) for a remote contractor role focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You will audit, reconcile, and optimize CRM environments, define business rules, and document system changes. Strong English communication and SaaS exposure are required for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Dynamics 365)
• Led CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations or rollouts
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions
• Experience with two revenue/operational systems (billing, CPQ, ticketing, integrations)
• SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation
• Experience in SaaS environments
• Excellent written and verbal English communication

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators - Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You’ll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.

Scope of Work

• Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues.
• Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
• Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
• Create clear operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios.
• Document recommended system changes and operational decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.

• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.

• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
