Job summary

Brix Projects are seeking a Sales Business Administrator with a strong Customer Service focus for an immediate start date, reporting to the Managing Director. This permanent role involves identifying, developing and converting lead opportunities while meeting clients face to face to accelerate growth for the business.

The role requires generating and qualifying leads, managing tenders and EOIs, and maintaining CRM data.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar role.
• Construction background in this sector.
• Proven experience in generating and developing leads.
• Proven experience in closing deals and meeting sales targets.
• Ability to build rapport and engage with a diverse customer base.
• Strong verbal and written communication at all levels.
• Proactive and self-driven.
• Results and outcomes focused.
• Experience with Salesforce is highly desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work individually and in a team.
• Ability to work to deadlines.
• High energy and motivation levels.
• Ability to manage competing demands.

Responsibilities

• Identifying, developing and converting lead opportunities to accelerate growth.
• Meet clients face to face for the Managing Director.
• Promote, develop and leverage the company’s brand through EOI submissions.
• Keep a close eye on Tender Portals.
• Generate leads and qualify, develop and convert leads for the Director to speak to Project Directors and Commercial teams.
• Tender and submission proposals.
• Progress leads through the sales pipeline.
• Prepare EOIs and build long-term relationships with customers.
• Provide monthly reporting on tender activities to the Director.
• Face to face client meetings and ad-hoc reporting as requested by management.
