The Good Guys is seeking a proactive Sales Team Leader to drive a positive, sales-focused culture and deliver profitable growth within the NSW store.

You will lead a team, build relationships with stakeholders, and ensure high standards of customer experience and visual merchandising, while managing labour and costs.

• Lead the sales team and cultivate a positive, sales-focused culture.
• Build knowledge and capability of the team using an in-house sales model.
• Contribute to financial performance through labour management, profitable sales, inventory management and controllable expenses.
• Maintain compliance and legislative requirements with emphasis on Consumer Law.
• Ensure customers have a great experience and visual merchandising is high quality.
