You will handle data entry, create analyses, train users, and ensure data integrity across systems like Salesforce. Strong Excel and communication skills are essential to work autonomously or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM and sales programs (e.g., Salesforce).
• Proficient in report preparation, analysis, and presentation.
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills including Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain end-to-end tracking of the sales pipeline and metrics.
• Perform routine data entry and other office supportive tasks.
• Collate and create sales analysis reports and share weekly data.
• Provide support, training, and guidance for clients.
• Develop data collection processes to optimize data integrity.
• Create and produce reports.
• Act as Salesforce CRM superuser and support users.
• Identify modifications needed in existing software.
