Job summary

CSR in Ingleburn, NSW, is seeking a proactive Sales Support Officer to act as the central link between customers, sales teams and operations. You will manage orders, pricing and reporting to ensure smooth delivery and outstanding customer experiences.

The role emphasizes accuracy in CRM and data, with opportunities to work across pricing, vendor invoicing, and performance dashboards in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in customer service and sales support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with Power BI is advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics 365).
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, responding to enquiries via phone and email and providing accurate, timely, and professional support.
• Provide end-to-end support for order, credit, and return processes, ensuring accurate transaction management and timely resolution of customer issues
• Manage customer claims, rebates, and credit requests, coordinating resolutions with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Create purchase orders, reconcile vendor invoices and related documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Generate sales reports, dashboards, and data analyses to support business decision-making and sales performance tracking.
• Maintain pricing integrity by uploading, updating, and validating pricing information ensuring compliance with approved pricing structures.
• Support the implementation of price changes ensuring accurate system updates and effective communication to internal stakeholders.
• Perform ad hoc administrative and operational support duties.
