Konica Minolta is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Support and Office Coordinator to join our ACT Branch. This part-time role (22.5 hours/week) reports to the State Manager and coordinates day-to-day operations, supports the sales team, and keeps the office running smoothly.
Responsibilities include CRM data accuracy in SAP, managing government panels and contracts, arranging inventory, events, travel, and coordinating with Marketing and IT.

Proven experience in a similar administrative or coordination role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to juggle multiple priorities and respond to urgent requests with ease.
