Job summary

Auto & General is seeking a Learning Specialist to design, develop and deliver tailored learning solutions for the Sales and Service division, including offshore teams. You’ll contribute to building capability and ensure content is accurate and engaging to support business objectives.

You’ll act as SME for bespoke training, design manuals and e-learning, and coach sessions across Australia, including Kawana and North Lakes, with a focus on maximizing knowledge retention and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in Sales and Service or equivalent.
• Minimum two years' experience in a leadership or coaching capacity.
• Demonstrated facilitation skills for in-person workshops and virtual settings.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborates across teams.
• A proactive and curious mindset with commitment to ongoing development.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for bespoke learning requirements for Sales and Service teams.
• Design, develop and update engaging learning materials including manuals, presentations, e-learning modules and job aids.
• Deliver high-quality training sessions, workshops and coaching to S&S teams across Australia and offshore.
• Facilitate interactive learning experiences for diverse styles to maximise retention.
• Coordinate scheduling and resource availability with the Training and Capability team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and align solutions with objectives.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to learners and address queries.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Stay up to date with processes, systems and compliance; maintain records.
