Job summary

Alo Yoga in Chatswood Chase, Sydney is seeking a Sales & Service Supervisor to elevate guest experience on the floor and lead Sales & Service Associates. The role requires guiding education, coaching, and building client relationships, with a rotating Tue-Sat or Sun-Thu roster and weekend flexibility.

You will partner with Operations and Visual teams to drive selling initiatives and store performance. Join a team committed to mindful movement and growth opportunities as Alo continues to expand

Qualifications

• 2+ years in client-centric sales environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities.
• Able to receive and provide feedback.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to move around store and lift up to 10-15 kg.
• Flexible to a rotating roster including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead an exceptional guest experience on the floor and assess guest connection.
• Coach and develop Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers; recruit and grow talent.
• Analyze reports to strategize and deliver results; support action plans and growth opportunities.
• Ensure effective floor coverage and drive selling initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations & Visual Leads to ensure well-executed store plans.
• Execute directives from store leadership and company programs.
