Job summary

Arthrex APAC is seeking an exceptional capital equipment sales professional to drive the growth of a new business unit in Sydney. You will work with surgeons and healthcare leaders to deliver solutions that improve patient outcomes while driving commercial growth.

This role offers ownership of a high-value territory and the opportunity to shape a market, leveraging capital technologies and future growth across power tools and related technologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years hospital sales experience in a similar portfolio (capital sales of power tools, arthroscopy, orthopaedics) preferred.
• Proven track record of sales achievements and understanding of complex capital sales cycles in hospital systems.
• Customer solutions focus with strategic, long-term win orientation.
• Resilient, results-driven with strong relationship skills.
• Excellent communication, time management and attention to detail.

This is an opportunity to represent a market-leader in orthopaedics as we build a new portfolio across power tools. You'll work directly with surgeons, executive hospital stakeholders and healthcare leaders to deliver solutions that improve patient outcomes while driving commercial growth.

This is not a transactional sales role.

You will own a high-value territory and lead complex commercial engagements. You will influence purchasing decisions that shape healthcare delivery for years, not months.

About the Requirements
