Job summary

Arthrex APAC in Sydney West is seeking an experienced Orthopaedic Sales professional to own a high-performing territory and drive growth across Sports Medicine products. You will build trusted relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals, promoting innovative Arthrex solutions and delivering excellent patient outcomes.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will develop territory plans, identify opportunities, and provide in-theatre clinical support.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Sports Medicine, Orthopaedics, Trauma or surgical devices.
• Degree in Health Science or related discipline.
• Strong team orientation with long-term, relationship-based sales approach.
• Strategic thinking and ability to challenge customers constructively.
• Excellent communication, time management and prioritisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with surgeons and theatre staff; promote products addressing customer pain points.
• Identify customer needs and generate leads; present product information.
• Provide in-theatre clinical support during cases and deliver in-servicing for customers.
• Develop and implement strategic territory sales and performance plans.

About the Role

Leveraging strong commercial expertise and clinical knowledge, the Sales Representative will drive growth across an established territory, partnering with Surgeons and Healthcare Professionals to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional outcomes. Representing Arthrex's market-leading Sports Medicine portfolio, you will build trusted customer relationships, grow market share, and contribute to the continued success of the business.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Developing effective relationships and liaising with Surgeons and Theatre staff; promoting the sale of products/solutions that addresses customer's pain points
• Identifying customer needs and optimising on opportunities including generating leads and presenting product information
• Providing in-theatre clinical support during cases, delivering in-servicing for customers, and supporting new product launches
• Developing and implementing strategic territory sales and performance plans

About the Requirements

• Successful sales track record in Sports Medicine, Orthopaedics, Trauma or Surgical medical device would be highly regarded
• Degree Qualifications in Health Science or related discipline
• Strong team orientation, and a long term, relationship-based sales approach
• Ability to think strategically and constructively challenge customers
• Excellent communication, time management and prioritisation skills
