Supreme Plantation Shutters Australia in Sydney is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our field-based team. The role focuses on developing new business and building long-term relationships with retailers, blinds businesses, showrooms and other industry customers across Sydney.

We are a growing, hands-on manufacturer with local capabilities. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, capable of managing their own schedule, and will receive a base salary of $100,000 plus

• Previous experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Experience in blinds/shutters/window furnishings or related industries is highly regarded.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable developing new customers through face-to-face visits.
• Self-motivated and able to manage own schedule.
• Organised and reliable with good follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based sales role.

Responsibilities

• Develop new B2B customers across Sydney.
• Visit blinds retailers, showrooms and other trade customers.
• Introduce and promote plantation shutter products and services.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Follow up sales leads and identify new opportunities.
• Maintain records of visits, follow-ups and sales activities.

We are an established plantation shutter manufacturer based in Sydney and are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join our team.

This is a field-based sales role focused on developing new business and building long-term relationships with retailers, blinds businesses, showrooms and other industry customers across Sydney.

We are a growing, hands-on business with local manufacturing capability. We are looking for someone reliable, self-motivated and experienced in B2B sales who can represent our company professionally and develop a strong customer base over the long term.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new B2B customers across Sydney
• Visit blinds retailers, showrooms and other potential trade customers
• Introduce and promote our plantation shutter products and services
• Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships
• Follow up sales leads and identify new business opportunitiesMaintain regular contact with existing and prospective customers
• Keep accurate records of customer visits, follow-ups and sales activities
• Work closely with the business owner and factory team
• Provide feedback on customer needs, market activity and competitor information

What We’re Looking For
