Job summary

Backpacker Job Board in Melbourne is seeking a motivated sales-focused team member to drive homeowner engagement and lead generation. You will travel across suburbs, promoting home-improvement products and services, and support the ongoing sales process.

The role offers 30–35 AUD per hour, a car allowance, and uncapped commissions (OTE 100–120K), with full training and weekday hours Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Positive, reliable, and confident talking to new people.
• Enjoy being on the road and working in a team.
• Must hold a valid driver’s licence (car allowance provided).
• Experience in appointment setting or sales is ideal - no experience in this space but eager to break into sales? We’d still love to hear from you.
