Nikpol, a leading supplier to cabinetmaking, joinery and furniture manufacturing industries in Australia, is seeking a high-performing Sales Representative for Western Sydney. You will develop new business while nurturing an established customer base across the region.

You’ll work with cabinetmakers, joiners and trade customers to grow sales of decorative surfaces, hardware and appliances, delivering outstanding service and product knowledge while exceeding targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and business development.
• Experience in cabinetmaking, joinery, furniture, hardware or building products preferred.
• Strong understanding of trade-based sales and customer relationships.
• Hunter mentality with self-motivation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to plan visits and manage territory autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Western Sydney.

Are you a driven sales hunter who thrives on winning new business, building strong relationships and closing deals?

Nikpol, one of Australia’s leading suppliers to the cabinetmaking, joinery and furniture manufacturing industries, is looking for a high-performing Sales Representative to join our team, covering the Western Sydney Region.

With our new warehouse now open in Prestons, this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business with a strong industry presence, a dedicated sales team and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to our customers.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in cabinetry, joinery, hardware, decorative surfaces or building products who understands the trade market and knows how to generate results.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities while managing and growing an established customer base across Western Sydney. Working with cabinetmakers, joiners, shopfitters and related trades, you'll play a key role in expanding Nikpol's market presence and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with cabinetmakers, joiners, shopfitters and trade customers.
• Grow sales across Nikpol's range of decorative surfaces, hardware and appliances.
• Maintain regular customer visits and consistent sales activity throughout Western Sydney.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and maximise sales potential.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, product knowledge and practical solutions.
• Work closely with the internal sales and warehouse teams to support customers and deliver a great customer experience.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
