Job summary

Nikpol, a leading supplier to cabinetmaking, joinery and furniture manufacturing industries in Australia, is seeking a high-performing Sales Representative for Western Sydney. You will develop new business while nurturing an established customer base across the region.

You’ll work with cabinetmakers, joiners and trade customers to grow sales of decorative surfaces, hardware and appliances, delivering outstanding service and product knowledge while exceeding targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and business development.
• Experience in cabinetmaking, joinery, furniture, hardware or building products preferred.
• Strong understanding of trade-based sales and customer relationships.
• Hunter mentality with self-motivation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to plan visits and manage territory autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Western Sydney.
• Build strong relationships with cabinetmakers, joiners, shopfitters and trade customers.
• Grow sales across decorative surfaces, hardware and appliances.
• Maintain regular customer visits and sell through the Nikpol range.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and maximize sales potential.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and product knowledge.
