Qualifications

• Prior sales experience and/or training; John Deere range a bonus.
• Solid understanding of local market conditions.
• Knowledge of resale values of machinery or willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A collaborative team player between Parts, Sales and Service.
• Able to think on your feet and solve problems.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Representative, you will:

• Recordand track sales activity using company systems
• Usemanufacturer programs to grow market share
• Promoteproducts and services to meet sales targets

• Followup with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Coordinateequipment delivery and pickup
• Provideexpert support to customers and partners
• Supporta culture of safety and continuous improvement
• Manageinventory and monthly stock takes
• Workingwith an engaged team, providing the best possible customer service
• Beinglocated in the Darwin you will be required to travel various distances todemonstrate, showcase and support our product range
