Job summary

MyLiving Outdoors in Flinders Park, Adelaide SA is seeking a Sales Consultant to lead our paving and retaining wall division. You will meet clients in-home and in-office to design, quote, and sell projects, with all leads supplied and no cold calling.

This permanent full-time role offers a base salary plus commission, with an OTE of 100K–120K and a clear path to Sales Management as the division grows. Training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented and organised, able to manage multiple quotes and follow-ups.
• Experience in consultative, in-home sales within construction or home improvement.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a talented Sales Consultantto take the lead in our Paving and Retaining Wall Division, driving sales and helping shape the future of this expanding area of the business.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional, career-minded salesperson who thrives on building strong customer relationships and delivering high-quality outcomes.

You’ll be meeting clients both in-home and in-office to design, quote, and sell retaining wall and paving projects. All leads are qualified and supplied - no cold calling required. You’ll manage your own schedule, work autonomously, and take ownership of your results.

For the right person, this role offers the opportunity to evolve into a Sales Management position, leading and growing the paving and retaining team as the division expands.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who is:

Customer-focused, with strong communication and relationship-building skills

Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple quotes and follow-ups

Experienced in consultative, in-home sales — ideally within construction or home improvement

Motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets through consistent, professional effort

Confident using computer systems and working with plans or technical details

Flexible to meet with clients after hours or on Saturday mornings as required

A team player with a genuine interest in long-term career growth

A background in paving, retaining walls, or related trades will be highly regarded but is not essential — full training on our systems and products will be provided.
