Workwear Group, part of Wesfarmers Industrial & Safety, is hiring a Sales Relationship Lead based in Port Melbourne. You will lead a team of eight, partnering with Account Managers and customers to deliver exceptional service and growth opportunities.

You will use customer insights and data to identify retention and margin opportunities, while driving productivity through automation and digitisation. This role supports healthy team culture and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience leading customer-service or sales-support teams.
• Ability to translate data insights into actions that improve customer outcomes.
• Proven track record delivering process improvements and efficiency gains.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Sales Coordinator and Sales Relationship team, setting priorities and building capability.
• Strengthen relationships between the team, Account Managers and customers for consistent service.
• Use customer insights and data to identify growth and retention opportunities.
• Analyse data and reporting to provide insights that support the Sales team.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity and customer experience.
• Reduce manual work by enabling automation, digital tools and self-service.
• Monitor customer engagement, CRM compliance and commercial outcomes.
• Ensure customer enquiries and escalations are managed through the right channels and resolved.
• Collaborate with Sales, Planning, Customer Service and other stakeholders to drive sustainable improvements.
• Support the health, safety and wellbeing of the team.
