Qualifications

• Experience in contact centre or sales administration is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident phone manner.
• Proactive, organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good administration and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and interactions predominantly by phone.
• Process orders through the CRM system accurately and promptly.
• Identify upsell opportunities where appropriate.
• Liaise with internal teams including Territory Managers and drivers.
• Manage customer email correspondence and documentation.
• Provide ad hoc administrative support to the wider team.
