Synergie is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team in Sydney on a 2-month temporary assignment. The role focuses on processing orders, pricing, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Immediate start offered with potential extension, Monday to Friday, in a collaborative Western Sydney team. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in sales administration or related fields, strong data accuracy, and proficient Microsoft Office skills,

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in Sales Administration, Customer Service, Internal Sales or Order Processing.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience in FMCG, wholesale, manufacturing or distribution environments is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Manage order entry and pricing information.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Liaise with warehouse, distribution and purchasing teams.
• Prepare and distribute sales reports.
• Maintain customer records and sales data.
• Provide day-to-day support to the Sales team.
• Resolve customer enquiries and delivery issues.
• Provide general administrative support.
