Job summary

Wonder Group in New South Wales, Australia, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support sales operations, manage contracts, CRM and finance updates, and coordinate with external BDMs and internal teams.

You will drive lead engagement, schedule and run sales meetings, maintain the sales pipeline, and ensure accurate documentation for a smooth customer experience. Joining Wonder Group provides exposure to luxury events and international partnerships, with an energetic, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Sales, Account Management, Sales Operations, Business Development, or a similar role.
• Experience with CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer and sales records.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Contracts management: prepare, manage, and maintain all sales-related contracts and agreements.
• CRM & Finance updates: update CRM with deal statuses and coordinate invoicing alignment.
• Sales activities: qualify leads, schedule meetings, and progress them through the pipeline.
• External BDM support: coordinate with external business development managers.
• Support to Sales Manager: assist in client follow-ups, lead tracking, and reporting.
• External relationship coordination: liaise with partners and vendors.
