Job summary

The Cable Management Group Pty Ltd – Smeaton Grange NSW is seeking an Internal Sales and Office Manager who will run the office and drive sales performance. You will mentor a small team, manage quotes, and implement practical office procedures to boost efficiency.

You will engage with wholesalers, contractors, end users, architects, and consultants, building relationships and achieving achievable goals. This is a hands-on role in a small team that values practical, results-driven action.

Qualifications

• Experience in office management, sales support/operations, or a similar hands-on coordination role.
• Mentor capable, comfortable guiding less experienced staff.
• Strong organisational skills with a track record of building or improving processes.
• Confidence talking to a wide range of customers from tradies to architects.
• Practical, get-it-done attitude in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office operations and be the first point of contact.
• Support and mentor staff, building office and sales capability.
• Own quote follow-up from entry to timely customer follow-up.
• Advise on and implement new sales office procedures.
• Build relationships across wholesalers, contractors, end users, architects, consultants, and residential customers.
• Set achievable goals and track progress.
• Identify manual tasks and find ways to automate or simplify them.
