Journey Beyond is seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator in Fremantle to support revenue growth, brand presence, and market share across multiple brands. This permanent full-time role reports to the Sales and Marketing Manager and focuses on planning campaigns, content creation, stakeholder engagement, and performance reporting.

You will coordinate activities across Rottnest Express, Horizontal Falls Seaplane Adventures, Exmouth Dive & Whalesharks Ningaloo, Captain Cook Cruises, and the broader

• Previous experience in a sales, marketing, tourism, hospitality, or similar coordination role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with CRM, CMS, social media, and digital marketing platforms.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite.
• High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team, based in Fremantle on a permanent full time basis. This role is a key support role within the Sales and Marketing team and its objective is to provide high quality support for Marketing team for Rottnest Express, Horizontal Falls Seaplane Adventures, Exmouth Dive & Whalesharks Ningaloo, Captain Cook Cruises and the wider Journey Beyond team.

Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager you will be assisting with the development of revenue, market share, reputation, and profile.
