Ray White Colac is seeking a highly organised, proactive administrator to join our busy team. This hands-on role supports the sales team, helps manage marketing and presentation of our business, and offers variety, with tasks across administration, reception and client service.

You will work across social media, property listings, marketing campaigns and events, gaining exposure to sales and marketing while keeping details accurate.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, reception, marketing or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Confidence with digital platforms and systems.
• Basic design/content skills, ideally Canva.

Responsabilités

• Support sales team with day-to-day administration.
• Manage and promote office and people through social media.
• Coordinate property listings, documentation and marketing campaigns.
• Create and schedule social media and digital content.
• Prepare agent profiles, presentations and marketing collateral.
• Manage front-of-house reception.
• Maintain databases, registers and property information.
• Coordinate marketing suppliers, bookings and campaign requirements.
• Assist with events, local marketing and general office administration.
