Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is hiring a Sales Manager – WA in Perth. The role leads the WA sales team with a focus on profitable growth, commercial performance and customer development in a hybrid/field setup.

You will develop state sales plans, strengthen key customer relationships and build a high-performing team culture that delivers results for beloved brands like DEWALT, BLACK+DECKER and CUB CADET. The position requires strong leadership and market insight.

• Proven experience in a sales leadership role.
• Strong people leadership and management capability.
• Experience in strategic sales and customer relationship management.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with data-driven decisions.
• Experience developing and executing sales plans delivering revenue growth and profitability.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and develop the WA sales team to drive accountability, capability and high performance.
• Develop and execute state sales strategies to deliver revenue growth and margin improvement.
• Oversee and analyse state sales performance to identify profitability opportunities.
• Build and execute customer growth plans with key accounts and strategic end users.
• Target strategic end users with growth plans and measurable outcomes.
• Drive disciplined sales execution including call planning, pipeline management and sales cadence.
• Expand margins through pricing discipline and product mix management.
