This player-coach role starts hands-on and will transition to full-time management as the team expands, requiring strong data-driven coaching, KPI tracking, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing and product.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of sales management experience.
• 5+ years of individual contributor sales experience.
• Track record of building and scaling sales teams.
• Data-driven approach to coaching and performance.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales team members.
• Coach and develop AEs through deal reviews and 1:1s.
• Set and track team quotas and KPIs.
• Build and refine sales playbooks and processes.
• Forecast accurately and report to leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product.
• Drive a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
