Job summary

4WD Supacentre is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and drive store sales; you will work hands-on on the shop floor with a passionate crew, coaching and developing the 12V and Refrigeration categories to achieve strong, day‑to‑day performance.

You will own sales targets, coach your team to deliver exceptional customer service, and use your product knowledge to solve problems and seize growth opportunities across the business.

We're looking for a hands-on leader who loves being on the shop floor, working alongside their crew, supporting customers and driving results. You'll take ownership of our 12V and Refrigeration categories while helping deliver outstanding store performance through strong leadership, coaching and sales expertise.
