Job summary

4WD Supacentre in Australia is seeking a hands-on sales leader to drive the 12V and Refrigeration categories. You’ll coach a high-performing crew on the shop floor, mentor teammates, and push for strong daily, weekly and monthly targets.

As part of one of Australia's fastest-growing retailers, you’ll turn opportunities into results, deliver exceptional customer advice, and build a culture of accountability and teamwork across the store.

Lead The Charge

This isn't a management role where you'll spend your day hidden away in an office.

We're looking for a hands-on leader who loves being on the shop floor, working alongside their crew, supporting customers and driving results. You'll take ownership of our 12V and Refrigeration categories while helping deliver outstanding store performance through strong leadership, coaching and sales expertise.

Your Mission

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing sales crew

Success in this role is all about driving sales, revenue and Like for Likegrowth, developing your crew and turning opportunities into results.

• You’re a hard core 4WD enthusiast and you know the great Aussie outdoors from experience
• You consistently achieve volume sales based on Like for Like growth
• You have “a bit of the mongrel in you” to drive retail sales and great customer service
• You enjoy coaching, mentoring and developing people
• You bring energy, positivity and a strong work ethic every day
• You understand how to drive conversion, attachments and average transaction value and sales per hour
• You have experience or a genuine interest in 12V, automotive, camping or outdoor products
