Job summary

4WD Supacentre is seeking an Area Manager to lead multiple stores and drive a high-performing sales culture across our regional network. Youll coach Store Managers, develop future leaders and deliver strong commercial outcomes through decisive people leadership.

Youll be empowered to shape regional performance, with hands-on involvement in stores, collaboration with marketing, supply chain, finance and IT to meet business priorities and customer expectations.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience, every time.
• Drive Click & Collect growth through operational excellence and customer engagement.
• Recruit, develop and retain exceptional talent while creating clear career pathways.
• Partner with leaders across Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, IT and People & Culture to deliver business priorities.
