Job summary

4WD Supacentre is seeking a hands-on leader to drive the 12V and Refrigeration categories. You’ll coach a high-performing crew, own sales results, and deliver exceptional customer service on the shop floor.

You’ll lead from the front, set the standard, and partner with store leadership to maximize Like-for-Like growth and overall store performance across Australia.

• Prior leadership experience in a retail environment.
• Strong coaching and development skills.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.

Lead The Charge

This isn't a management role where you'll spend your day hidden away in an office.

We're looking for a hands-on leader who loves being on the shop floor, working

alongside their crew, supporting customers and driving results. You'll take ownership of

our 12V and Refrigeration categories while helping deliver outstanding store

performance through strong leadership, coaching and sales expertise.

• You enjoy coaching, mentoring and developing people
• You bring energy, positivity and a strong work ethic every day
• You understand how to drive conversion, attachments and average transaction value and sales per hour
• You have experience or a genuine interest in 12V, automotive, camping or outdoor products
