Job summary

4WD Supacentre in Ballina, NSW is seeking a hands-on Store Lead to inspire and guide a high-performing sales team on the shop floor. You will coach staff, drive sales in the 12V and Refrigeration categories, and deliver outstanding customer service to help Aussies gear up for their next adventure.

With a fixed Sunday-Thursday roster and a strong frontline leadership focus, you will set expectations, monitor daily targets and build a culture of accountability, teamwork and results across the

We're looking for a hands-on leader who loves being on the shop floor, working

alongside their crew, supporting customers and driving results. You'll take ownership of

our 12V and Refrigeration categories while helping deliver outstanding store

performance through strong leadership, coaching and sales expertise.
