Job summary

4WD Supacentre in Bunbury, WA is seeking a hands-on sales leader to own and drive performance on our 12V and Refrigeration categories. You will work on the shop floor with your crew, coach sales associates and lead by example to deliver outstanding store results.

You love outdoor gear, know 12V setups, camping and auto accessories, and you’re capable of coaching, building a high-performing team, and hitting daily, weekly and monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leader on the shop floor focusing on 12V and Refrigeration categories.
• Strong leadership, coaching and sales expertise to drive results.
• Experience in frontline retail driving growth and customer experience.
