Job summary

4WD Supacentre is seeking a hands-on leader to drive the 12V and Refrigeration categories across an Adelaide-area store. You will coach a high-performing sales crew, stay close to customers, and push for daily, weekly and monthly targets with a focus on Like-for-Like growth.

The role blends coaching with real-time floor leadership, setting the standard for service and performance. You’ll collaborate with store leadership to deliver strong commercial outcomes while building an engaging customer

Qualifications

• Experience leading and coaching a sales team on a shop floor.
• Ability to drive sales targets and KPI across defined product categories (12V, Refrigeration).
• Strong customer service and product advisory skills.
