All Fence Adelaide in Keswick, SA is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our fencing solutions sales. You will drive revenue, quote fences, build customer relationships and ensure our products meet market demand.

You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, prepare detailed sales reports, and collaborate with production and support teams to ensure seamless project delivery. A proven sales track record and strong leadership are essential.

• Proven experience in a sales role in construction, home improvement or fencing.
• Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our team at our Keswick location. This is a full-time position based in Keswick, SA 5035. As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading driving revenue. You will play a pivotal role in quoting fences, building customer relationships and ensuring our fencing solutions meet market demands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our market presence and client base
• Build strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through to closing deals and customer follow-up
• Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts and performance metrics to track progress against targets
• Identify market opportunities and new business development initiatives to drive company growth
• Provide product knowledge and sales support to the team, ensuring clients receive expert guidance on fencing solutions
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximise profitability whilst maintaining competitiveness
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery
• Attend industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities to strengthen market position

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the construction, home improvement or fencing industry
• Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop and manage a sales team effectively
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-oriented approach to sales
• In-depth knowledge of fencing products, services and industry practices (or willingness to develop this knowledge)
• Proficiency in sales management software, CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively within a team environment
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
