Tynan Motors is a long-established Australian motor group with over 60 years of operation, representing 15+ brands across multiple locations including Kirrawee. We are seeking a confident Sales Executive or Junior Sales Executive to join our growing Mitsubishi & Mahindra team.

Whether you are an experienced sales professional or starting a rewarding automotive career, you will contribute to a vibrant dealership environment, with brand-new models and strong customer demand.

Competenze

Whether you're an experienced sales professional or looking to kickstart a rewarding career in the automotive industry, we want to hear from you.

For an experienced candidate: responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• All aspects of the sales process
• Selling the benefits and features of our vehicles to our customers
• Achieving individual sales KPI's
• Developing and maintaining a high level of knowledge of the Mitsubishi and Mahindra brands
• Delivering exceptional customer service while assisting our clients to find the right vehicle

If you are joining us with no experience:

• You will learn all aspects of the sales process from our Sales Manager and Sales Executives
• You will be learning about the Mitsubishi and Mahindra models and their features
• You will be trained on our KPI's and how to reach those KPI's in order to be a successful sales executive wherever you end up!
• Once you are trained, you will be kick-starting an exciting and rewarding career where you can sell cars and build strong relationships with our customers and in turn earn great money

About you:

• If you have experience in the retail industry or customer facing positions - fantastic! But it’s not a deal breaker - we can train you!
• Prior experience in a sales position is highly regarded but not essential. We will consider all industries for the right candidate!
• You must have a true passion for the brand/s
• You will be exceptionally well spoken, where customer service is paramount
• You will love establishing and building customer relationships
• You must be comfortable with negotiating
• Current NSW Driver’s License
• Must be able to work weekends & an 11-day fortnight
