Job summary

Tynan Motors is seeking a Sales Executive or Junior Sales Executive for its Kirrawee dealership in NSW. The role offers an exciting entry or progression path in automotive sales with strong brand support and a high-demand customer base.

You will learn the sales process from experienced leaders, build knowledge across Mitsubishi and Mahindra models, and develop relationships with customers to secure successful vehicle selections and ongoing loyalty.

Qualifications

• Must have customer-facing experience or willingness to train in sales processes.
• Good communication and relationship-building with customers.
• Passion for the Mitsubishi/Mahindra brands and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of the sales process from greeting to closing.
• Demonstrate features and benefits of vehicles to customers.
• Achieve individual sales KPIs and contribute to team targets.
• Develop strong product knowledge of Mitsubishi and Mahindra models.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and help clients select the right vehicle.

For an experienced candidate: responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• All aspects of the sales process
• Selling the benefits and features of our vehicles to our customers
• Achieving individual sales KPI's
• Developing and maintaining a high level of knowledge of the Mitsubishi and Mahindra brands
• Delivering exceptional customer service while assisting our clients to find the right vehicle

If you are joining us with no experience:

• You will learn all aspects of the sales process from our Sales Manager and Sales Executives
• You will be learning about the Mitsubishi and Mahindra models and their features
• You will be trained on our KPI's and how to reach those KPI's in order to be a successful sales executive wherever you end up!
• Once you are trained, you will be kick-starting an exciting and rewarding career where you can sell cars and build strong relationships with our customers and in turn earn great money

About you:

• If you have experience in the retail industry or customer facing positions - fantastic! But it’s not a deal breaker - we can train you!
• Prior experience in a sales position is highly regarded but not essential. We will consider all industries for the right candidate!
• You must have a true passion for the brand/s
• You will be exceptionally well spoken, where customer service is paramount
• You will love establishing and building customer relationships
• You must be comfortable with negotiating
• Current NSW Driver’s License
• Must be able to work weekends & an 11-day fortnight
