EVT Group's Rydges South Bank in Brisbane is hiring a Sales Executive to develop new sales opportunities and manage your account base with a focus on conference and events.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will work to the hotel's annual business and sales revenue plan, building relationships with decision makers across events and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with decision makers and planners in your accounts.
• Prospect new conference and events clients via cold/warm calls to grow pipeline.
• Identify peak periods and develop strategies to win business.
• Support sales initiatives: site inspections, client entertainment, gifting.
• Collaborate with Conference & Events Coordinator and operations to deliver on commitments.
• Prepare monthly forecasts and budgets to hit targets.
