Job summary

CMC Markets ANZ is seeking a driven Sales Executive for the Premium Client Management team in Sydney. You’ll engage warm leads from Marketing, convert opportunities into live trading accounts and grow a high-value client base.

You’ll work with the Marketing and Premium Client Management teams to deliver an exceptional client experience from initial contact through onboarding and beyond, with structured training and quarterly bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in sales
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and KPIs
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Genuine interest in financial markets, trading and investing
• Client-focused approach with integrity and professionalism

We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Sales Executive to join our Premium Client Management team. Working with warm-to-hot leads generated through our Marketing team, you’ll connect with prospective clients, understand their investment needs and convert opportunities into active CMC Markets clients. With structured sales training, regular coaching and quarterly bonus opportunities, you’ll have the support and incentives to sharpen your sales skills while building your career in financial markets.

What you’ll be working on

Reporting to the Head of Retail Business Development, you’ll focus on converting qualified opportunities into new live trading accounts while identifying high-value clients for our Premium Client Management team. You’ll build relationships with prospective and existing clients, understand their needs and introduce relevant CMC Markets products and services, while working towards clear sales and conversion targets.

You’ll also work closely with Marketing and the wider Premium Client Management team to create a positive experience from initial contact through to onboarding and beyond.

You’ll be confident speaking with prospective clients, curious about their needs and comfortable turning conversations into opportunities. • 2+ years’ experience in sales, ideally within financial services

• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a sales team

Experience with trading platforms and products will be highly regarded.
