Core Talent in New South Wales seeks an Estimator / Sales Representative for a hands-on, business development-focused role supplying aluminium windows and doors to residential and commercial markets. You will win new business and grow an existing customer base.

You will build relationships with builders and developers, pursue quotes and tenders, and coordinate with estimating, operations and branch teams to meet customer expectations and secure profitable orders.

Formación

• Proven experience in sales, business development, estimating or similar client-facing role.
• Strong track record of generating new business and winning sales opportunities.
• Experience in building, construction, windows & doors, or related industry is highly regarded.
• Ability to understand construction plans, specifications and customer requirements.
• Commercially minded with ability to convert leads into sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Organised and able to manage multiple quotes and tenders.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, pursue and secure new residential and commercial sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers, projects and tenders.
• Develop relationships with builders, developers and key construction industry contacts.
• Proactively follow up leads, quotes and tenders to convert opportunities into orders.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying opportunities for further business.
• Review customer requirements, plans and specifications to develop competitive estimates and proposals.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to achieve successful sales outcomes.
• Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales process.
• Work closely with estimating, operations and branch teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Monitor market activity and identify opportunities to increase sales and market share.
