Job summary

Cato Networks is seeking a Sales Engineer for ANZ to drive and manage the technology evaluation stage with the field sales force. You will serve as the primary technical advisor and product advocate, capable of presenting to both business and technical audiences and ensuring customer satisfaction through all sales stages.

The role requires 4+ years in pre-sales or consulting with networking or cloud security, strong presentation skills, and travel across the ANZ territory.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Pre-Sales or Consulting experience in network and/or cloud security in a customer-facing role.
• Proven track record in software sales.
• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, switching, routing, and security technologies.
• Experience presenting to customers and RFIs/RFPs; ability to communicate to both business and technical users.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical validation of Cato Networks solutions to prospects.
• Develop and deliver product demonstrations.
• Present the product to customers and at field events and conferences.
• Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.
• Convey customer requirements to Product Management teams.
• Travel throughout sales territory.
