The role covers Australia and New Zealand with 30–40% travel, requiring deep technical acumen, superb communication, and a partner-centric growth mindset.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, or similar client-facing roles in ANZ.
• Strong cybersecurity techs: endpoint, network, cloud, and SIEM basics.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and privacy laws in AU/NZ.

Responsibilities

• Serve as ANZ SME, articulating value of Blackpoint's product portfolio.
• Lead product demos, trials, and technical discovery to move deals forward.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Support teams.
• Present webinars and engage partner audiences to educate on capabilities.
• Bridge technical gaps with customers and MSPs, driving security outcomes.
• Provide customer insights to roadmap and support continuous improvement.
