Job summary

Medtronic ANZ is seeking a Salesforce Enablement Specialist in Sydney to optimize commercial technology and drive adoption of digital capabilities across Salesforce, Agentforce, Jira, Tableau, and Power BI. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to maximize platform value and user experience.

As a key advisor, you will lead requirements, design solutions, and manage change across the ANZ region, supporting sales effectiveness and business performance in a flexible

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree with relevant experience in commercial technology, CRM, or sales operations.
• Experience supporting and optimizing CRM platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) in commercial environments.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver technology solutions.
• Experience working in Agile environments and using Jira.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Commercial Excellence, and stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve customer-facing processes via technology-enabled solutions.
• Act as SME for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, and related platforms, providing strategic guidance.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and business process optimization to enhance sales effectiveness.
• Drive adoption and continuous improvement of solutions through engagement, training, and enablement activities.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with tech, development, and vendor teams to deliver scalable integrations and enhancements.
• Monitor platform usage, adoption, and outcomes to identify value opportunities.
• Stay informed on Salesforce capabilities and related technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
