Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 2+ years of sales experience.
• Experience in outbound phone-based sales incl. cold calling.
• Proven ability to manage customer interactions and grow opportunities via virtual engagement.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive remote sales activities to meet or exceed sales objectives.
• Identify, qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities via outreach.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation to sustain pipeline.
• Educate customers on Medtronic products and value propositions remotely.
