Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager, Enterprise Accounts ANZ for a 12-month contract based in Sydney. You will lead strategic commercial planning, customer financial engagement, and performance reporting across key accounts and buying groups in Australia.

The role requires a finance/analytics leadership background, advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills, and strong stakeholder management to drive profitable revenue growth with C‑Suite partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in business, economics or finance required.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a relevant sector.
• Strong finance and analytics leadership capabilities.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills essential.
• Willingness to travel interstate occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of Enterprise Accounts Commercial Overlay strategy with the Director.
• Own assigned customer relationships with key strategic accounts and CFOs.
• Lead analytics relationships across Corporate Buying Groups.
• Support account managers with financial deals and proposals endorsed by OU leaders.
• Drive KPI reporting, pricing, and revenue forecasting for Australia.
• Mentor the Enterprise Accounts Analyst team (3 members) and oversee reporting.
