Sales Development Representative – Healthcare SaaS
Brisbane | attractive base salary + super + uncapped incentives
Founded in 2003, our client provides comprehensive practice-management software to allied health businesses across Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
Its cloud-based platform brings together appointments, clinical notes, billing, accounting, Medicare and HICAPS integration, reporting, marketing and practice administration—helping healthcare professionals spend less time on administration and more time supporting patients and growing their businesses.
Already supporting more than 1,000 practices in New Zealand, our client is now making a significant investment in expanding its Australian presence.
We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to help build the outbound sales engine and generate qualified opportunities across the Australian allied health market.
This is not a role where you will simply book appointments and hand them over. While outbound prospecting will remain your primary responsibility, you will also attend discovery meetings, observe product demonstrations, contribute to sales messaging and gain exposure to the broader sales process.
For the right person, it offers a genuine pathway into a Business Development Manager or full-cycle sales position.
You are an experienced, hands-on SDR who genuinely enjoys creating opportunities rather than waiting for leads to arrive.
Ideally, you will offer:
Experience within healthcare or allied health would be advantageous but is not essential.
If you are a proven SDR who wants greater exposure, influence and career progression than a traditional appointment-setting role can offer, we would like to hear from you.
