Job summary

Twin Loop Binding, a Belmore-based binder and supplier with 32 years in business, seeks a full-time Sales/Dispatch role. You will handle website and email orders, ensure quality control, and assist with packing and promotional activities.

Applicants should be fluent in English, able to work quickly under pressure, and reside in Australia with no visa restrictions. Working hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, with potential extra hours during peak periods, including December.

We’re a trade binder and supplier of binding supplies, located in Belmore(NSW) with easy bus access and ample parking. We have been operating for 32 years, we are uniquely set up to accommodate the demands of the digital market. Twin Loop Binding offers a various binding solutions, Perfect Binding, Twin Loop Wire Binding, Plastic Spiral Binding, Comb Binding, Case Binding, Celloglazingand Collating. In addition to the binding services we offer a range of binding and finishing supplies and consumables.

About the role

We're looking for a fit and healthy person capable of working in a fast paced environment who is focussed on checking quality, dispatching orders in a timely manner while providing exceptional customer service. An appreciation of the digital printing and offset printing industry and ability to help grow the sales and reach out to our customers would be helpful.

The salary package will be presented in an offer of employment with the successful applicant. The trading hours for this position are between Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm. Extra hours will be offered during peak times including leading up to the December holidays.

Experience

Between 2 and 5 years' experience in sales and dispatch would be helpful.

It is essential for the applicant to be fluent in English as the role involves reading written instructions and following verbal directives and may also involve working independently with a small team.

Ability to think quickly and work under pressure during busy periods.

Organisational and time management skills.
