Job summary

IVE Print Victoria, part of the IVE Group, is seeking a Bindery Operator for a day shift at its Braeside facility. The role requires experience with bindery equipment and a proactive team mindset.

Hours are 6am–2pm, Monday to Friday, with strong safety and quality focus essential for production sheets and on-time delivery. The successful candidate will operate folders, stitchers, guillotines, laminators, PUR binders and gluers, while maintaining a safe, efficient workflow and contributing to a

• Experience operating Folders, Stitchers and Guillotines or similar equipment is required.
• Experience operating Laminators, PUR Binders and gluers would also be desirable.
• Working hours are 6am to 2pm Monday to Friday.
• Previous similar experience in the printing industry essential.
• Be physically fit and able to lift.
• Strong safety ethics and quality compliance.
• Ability to read and write English to complete production sheets and communicate effectively.

Bindery Operator

The role of the Bindery Operator will be qualified, experienced and motivated to join our team. Experience operating Folders, Stitchers and Guillotines or similar equipment is required. Experience operating Laminators, PUR Binders and gluers would also be desirable. Working hours are 6am to 2pm Monday to Friday.

Experienced in machine setup and operations of Bindery equipment.

Be physically fit and able to lift

Previous similar experience in the printing industry essential
