Job summary

Kingspan Water and Energy Pty Limited seeks a Sales Coordinator to support rural water storage solutions. You will act as the bridge between external sales reps, manufacturing and clients, handling quotes, orders and admin to keep the process smooth.

Ideal background includes sales or customer service in manufacturing, construction or agricultural sectors, with a proactive, organised approach and strong teamwork. On-site role on the Gold Coast.

Qualifications

• Background in sales or customer service within manufacturing, construction or agricultural sectors.

Responsibilities

• Manage omnichannel enquiries to guide customers to rural water storage solutions.
• Process quotes, documentation and complex orders in the CRM.
• Handle customer escalations to ensure swift resolution.
• Collaborate with Finance and Installations on orders and payments.
• Develop product knowledge and share insights with the team.
