TransPerfect Sydney is seeking a proactive, outgoing individual to join our team as a Sales Coordinator. You will focus on generating new business and providing first-line support to existing clients in the Life Sciences/Healthcare sector.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Sales Coordinator, you will be focusing on generating new business & serving as the first level of support to existing clients/accounts. You will be a strong communicator, reliable, organised, and keen to kick-start your sales career. You will be ready to take responsibility and ownership of your clients, and have a passion for driving new business opportunities and sales.

POSITION SUMMARY/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Selling TransPerfect's GlobalLink technology to new and existing clients in the Life Science Industry
• Generate new sales leads via cold calling, emailing, primary research, networking, trade shows & events.
• Provide customer support and manage client expectations in liaison with the Production Management Team
• Identify, qualify, develop and close sales opportunities in coordination with Sales Management
• Promote and educate clients regarding TransPerfect's services
• Manage and control pricing and contractual issues by developing a thorough understanding of company procedures
• Take an active role in learning about each client's industry, business needs and company culture to identify new business opportunities and provide a high level of service

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Service-focused with a desire to exceed clients' expectations
• Multitasking and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
