TransPerfect Sydney is seeking an outgoing Sales Coordinator to generate new leads and support existing accounts in the Life Sciences/Healthcare sector. You will network, nurture client relationships and act as the first level of client support to drive growth.

The role focuses on building relationships, promoting services, and coordinating with Sales Management to identify and close opportunities. A collaborative, fast-paced environment supports ongoing learning and professional development.

About the Role

As a Sales Coordinator, you will be focusing on generating new business & serving as the first level of support to existing clients/accounts.

• Generate new sales leads via cold calling, emailing, primary research, networking, trade shows & events.
• Provide customer support and manage client expectations in liaison with the Production Management Team.
• Identify, qualify, develop and close sales opportunities in coordination with Sales Management.
• Promote and educate clients regarding TransPerfect’s services.
• Manage and control pricing and contractual issues by developing a thorough understanding of company procedures.
• Take an active role in learning about each client’s industry, business needs and company culture to identify new business opportunities and provide a high level of service.
